Refund policy

Our tees, artwork, and home goods are printed on demand, just for you. Please check sizing and colors carefully before ordering. Because each of these items is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.

If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. If any item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email info@exittheapple.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Dear Artist decks can be returned within 15 days of delivery if they’re unopened and still in their original shrink-wrap. Email info@exittheapple.com to start a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we’ll refund your original payment method once the deck arrives back with us.
