CousinPeteAndFriendlike many musically inclined children of the hiphop generation, Cousin Pete grew up carrying crates. by 15 he was spinning parties, and during college did radio shows at Cal State San Bernadino and Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. He’s since rocked bars, parties, and art performances from BAMcafe to the Studio Museum in Harlem, and is a proud throwback to when DJ’s still mixed.

he spins funk, rare grooves, classics of all eras, true school hiphop, house, and global eccentrica. he specializes in live mixing, working with text, and party mixes for all ages.
